Refund Policy for Haute Beauty Products
Due to sanitary and hygiene concerns, all items purchased from our store are generally non-refundable and non-returnable. This policy ensures that all of our customers receive new, unused products that meet the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.
However, we stand behind the quality and effectiveness of all Haute Beauty products. If you do not notice the expected results after using our products consistently for 30 days, you may qualify for a refund under the following conditions:
Effectiveness Guarantee:
To qualify for a refund, you must send us a 'before' picture taken on the day you start using the product and an 'after' picture taken 30 days later. The photos should be clear and taken in similar lighting conditions to accurately show the lack of change. Please email these images along with your order number to contact@hautebeautys.com within 30 days of your purchase. Upon review, if it is evident that there has been no noticeable change, we will issue a refund for your purchase.

Damages and Issues:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at contact@hautebeautys.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by replacing the item or offering a store credit.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
